Gratitude is an Attitude

Gratitude: the quality of being thankful; readiness to show appreciation for and to return kindness.

Gratitude is an Attitude

We have a mind and we choose what to put in it. So why don’t we focus on high vibrational concepts and feelings of happiness, love, and kindness so that we can always appreciate…

Gratitude as an Attitude.

I say the above in my yoga, meditation classes, and to my clients quite often. I am always grateful for those who choose a healing journey no matter what their unchosen past has given them. So this Thanksgiving, I wanted to share with you how being on a healing and wellness journey makes you think. So I went straight to the source… I asked those who have been working with me on their healing journeys to share what they are grateful for.
