Holiday Give Guide

Tis the season for a multitude of holiday celebrations. These include Diwali, Thanksgiving, Hanukkah, Christmas, Kwanzaa, Festivus (for the rest of us, thank you Seinfeld), New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day. From a Holistic and Lightworker perspective, these holidays are not just about GIVING…but about Giving, Love, and Light!

Isn’t that the easiest shopping list in the world? The kicker is, everyone really wants it, needs it, and thrives on it. Giving, Love, and Light are always the right color and size too. But yet, we tend to overthink and over shop, and the end result can lead to overstress.

I just quickly googled top gifts for 2023, I pulled up one list and it shows the number one gift is… (drumroll please) Lightsaber Chopsticks!!! Ugg!!

Let’s take a breath, close out the browser, put down the shopping list for a moment, and think about what gives you peace, harmony, and a euphoria that is almost unexplainable. Then imagine offering those states to your loved ones.

LOVE

Now think about what gives you a feeling of connection, knowing that you are helping those that suffer or feel afraid or insecure.

GIVING

Now think about what puts a smile on your face no matter what holiday you celebrate… I’ll give you a hint, fireworks, candles…

LIGHT

Regardless of what you might actually purchase for those on your shopping list, wrap it with lots of love, kisses, hugs, and smiles. If you can, find yourself with a little extra to give, offer it to those who are struggling to put food or gifts in their home. Giving love and light has always and will continue to always make the heart grow three times larger!

Happy Holidays

In Love and Light,

Constance
